The valet service damaged my car on the right-hand side and is now stating that the damage did not occur while it was in their care. I am confident the vehicle was not damaged prior to drop-off, as the extent of the damage would have been immediately noticeable. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation is being handled. I would also strongly caution others about using this valet service, particularly the team members involved.ERIK and RAVEN. Lying about this situation. My experince would have been 10/10 if it wasnt for them. They clearly did this and are not taking ownership.

A little bummed you have to pay for valet parking. But otherwises, it was an enjoyable stay. The room was fantastic with its own kitchen.

Cannot say enough kind things about the staff here. In particular, Mina, Loida and Esayas always go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The warmth and attention to detail never go unnoticed!! As for the rooms, they are always clean, cozy and well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. If you are planning a stay in Walnut Creek, take this is a sign to book at the Residence!

Hello, our stay was wonderful! We stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would especially like to highlight one staff member in particular, Mina, who supported us from check-in and was always available to help with any questions we had throughout our stay. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and kind..the kind of employee who truly makes a difference and that you should definitely value and keep on your team. Thank you, Residence, and thank you, Mina! We will definitely be back soon.

The lady at reception has no idea of what she doing and messed up our billing. I very specifically said at front when check in of what card to and charge all expenses to my Marriott card that already on the record and somehow still all charged wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! Location is good but mandatory use valet $35 per day, just ridiculous since that’s not even in the SF city or anything, and ridiculous expensive if u stay long period. Stuff not very good, only nice people are the breakfast buffet lady! Room and everything else is ok, but messed up my billing definitely takes me to the edge especially I said everything very clear and upfront!!!

Be careful of the room location. Some rooms are situated very close to the BART train and you will hear it in The late hours of the night and in the early morning. I have stayed at this location Several times, however this was the first time they put me next to the BART train tracks. That will never happen again!

It’s the worst Marriott brand hotel I’ve ever stayed. We are a family of four, have a room with one bed and one sofa bed. When we checked in, the sofa bed was laid flat without beddings. My husband went downstairs to bring them up and set up by himself. Bathroom had a full bag of garbage waiting for us. The water glass from the room has many lip marks on it which is disguising. Ants are all over the kitchen counter… For the public area, I didn't see any server in the breakfast lounge, which means no forks available when there was still an hour before breakfast closes, no napkins left; juice bar was a joke, I selected apple juice but came out pure water… These are just the basic services — cleanness and resource availability every guest should expect and deserve, we are not even talking about the comfort, unfortunately, this Residence Inn by Marriott failed to deliver. I’m deeply disappointed!

I have just stayed here for three weeks and it was perfect: lovely comfortable bed, excellent room and well appointed kitchen. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and as helpful as they could be. And there’s a gym and a pool too. Ideal!

Good location, good staff on hand during my visit but why would a newly built hotel not focus on making walls and floors more soundproof?! The place is like an old college dorm room where you can hear people talking on the room next door and people and kids running like rats on the floor above? I just don't get it??? Fortunately, the front desk was quick to respond to my ask and the noise got better after an hour but c'mon Marriott...quiet rooms are a priority

Great location and quick access to interstate. Very quiet hotel, very clean and great team members. Very welcoming and inviting. Always willing to help, valet very quick and friendly and took great car of my car. Breakfast had many options and always ready to go at 6am during the week!
